KLANG: Agriculture and Agro-Based Industry Minister Datuk Seri Noh Omar said the loan to National Feedlot Corporation Sdn Bhd (NFC) was not discussed at Cabinet meetings.
He said the application was presented to the High Impact Projects Committee, which studied and later approved the RM250mil loan to NFC.
