KUALA LUMPUR: There is no need to amend the Federal Constitution to allow the use of indelible ink in elections, the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) on electoral reform was told.
Its chairman Datuk Maximus Ongkili said Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail clarified that the Election Commission only has to revise its regulations for the use of the ink.
