PETALING JAYA: Consumers should keep a record of their beauty treatment to protect themselves against unethical beauty salons.
This is the advice by Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia chairman Reihana Abd Razak who said that keeping records would help consumers to take action if the service was bad or if the treatment had gone awry.
