SHAH ALAM: The Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) has launched its Customer Survey Rating System in 82 police stations in Selangor, which allows the public to evaluate the service quality of the police in each respective station through survey machines.
Introduced in July, members of the public were able to rate the police’s services during its trial run, which was initially supervised by the Performance Management and Delivery Unit (Pemandu) prior to the launch.
