ALOR SETAR: The Kedah Government has blamed poor drainage for the delay in opening the traditional Malay village complex at the foot of Gunung Keriang.
State Tourism Development, Indian and Siamese Community Welfare Committee chairman S. Manikumar said the complex did not have a proper drainage system.
