PETALING JAYA: The Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) should go ahead and punish operators who do not re-register their commercial vehicles, said Consumers Association of Penang president S.M. Mohamed Idris.
He said the commission should not put up with any unnecessary resistance and delays.
