KUALA LUMPUR: Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang was given a red carpet welcome when he arrived in the capital for a three-day visit.
Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Nur Zahirah were at Dataran Parlimen to welcome Truong and his wife Mai Thi Hanh at the official welcoming ceremony.
