KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court here postponed to Oct 3 to hear the application by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor to set aside their subpoenas to appear as defence witnesses in the Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim sodomy trial.
Datuk Ghazi Ishak, counsel for Najib and Rosmah, told the court he needed further instructions on whether to file an affidavit in reply.
