KOTA BARU: The 1Malaysia Vitamin Programme will be implemented beginning this October to boost the mental development and immunisation system of poor primary schoolchildren in the country.
Deputy Education Minister Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi said the Government had approved an allocation of RM19.6mil in this year's budget for the programme involving 516,520 pupils.
