SHAH ALAM: Former Selangor Mentri Besar Dr Mohd Khir Toyo denied he had used his influence to buy two pieces of land and a bungalow in Section 7 here at way below the market price in May 2007, the High Court was told.
Dr Mohd Khir, who opted to testify from the witness stand, claimed the RM3.5mil he had paid Ditamas Sdn Bhd was in accordance with the market value of the property then.
