KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional succeeded in striking out a RM218mil suit filed by merchandise supplier Elegant Advisory Sdn Bhd against it over alleged non-payment for the supply of election paraphernalia for the 2004 general election.
High Court judge Justice Mohamad Ariff Md Yusof allowed Barisan’s application to strike out the main suit with costs yesterday.
