KUALA LUMPUR: Former Maju Institute of Educational Development (MIED) chief executive officer P. Chitrakala was acquitted and discharged by a Sessions Court here on three counts of cheating involving a total of RM4mil.
Sessions judge Che Mohamad Zulkifly Jusoh reached the decision after allowing Deputy Public Prosecutor Kevin Morais’ application to withdraw the case against Chitrakala, 40.
