SHAH ALAM: Two lawyers formerly attached to accused N. Pathmanabhan’s law firm have admitted in the High Court to signing Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya’s sale and purchase agreements as witnesses without the presence of the cosmetics millionaire.
Nor Zairawaty Abd Razak, 31, from Messrs Zaira & Co in Banting, admitted that it was a mistake to do so because it was not permitted under conveyancing rules but that she had been told by Pathmanabhan to sign.
