KUALA LUMPUR: Businesswoman Ummi Hafilda Ali, who is seeking a judgment of default in a RM100mil defamation suit, stunned reporters when she suddenly swore by sumpah laknat that “she never had sex with Nor Azman Abdullah @ Baginda Minda”.
Speaking to reporters after filing the application at the High Court civil registry in the Jalan Duta court complex here yesterday, Ummi Hafilda, who is suing both businessman Nor Azman and Mkini Dotcom Sdn Bhd for defamation, loudly expressed her oath, giving her name.
