IPOH: A security guard was charged with the murder of Perak Veterinary Services Department deputy director Dr Rohani Kassim while an army personnel was accused of disposing of her belongings, including a gold bracelet.
No plea was recorded from Syahmie Hassan, 20, from Block F-1-2, Apartment Permai Lake View in Ulu Kinta, Tambun, who kept quiet when the charge was read out to him at the magistrate’s court here.
