PETALING JAYA: Malaysian businessmen are advised to brace themselves for the short-term impact of the slash in credit rating for the United States.
The credit rating for the world's biggest economy was cut by rating agency Standard & Poor's on Friday from AAA to AA+ for the first time since 1917 due to its “looming debt and burdening deficit”.
