JOHOR BARU: A study on orang asli in Johor by Australia's Monash University has found that Orang Laut living along Danga Bay here have many “peculiar traits”.
Prof Datin Paduka Dr Jamilah Ariffin said among the traits which were different from that of other local orang asli tribes were the fact that they bathe five times a day in the sea and their dental features were similar to that of Native American Indians.
