JAKARTA: The ban on sale of subsidised RON95 fuel to Malaysian owners of foreign-registered vehicles is due to rampant abuse of the system.
Domestic Trade, Co-operative and Consumerism Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said yesterday the ban should not be seen as a violation of the rights of Malaysians as there had been too many problems since the policy was introduced last August.
