Uncle found guilty of murdering and kidnapping nephew


SEREMBAN: A 27-year-old man was sentenced to death by the High Court here for the brutal murder of his college-going nephew at an oil palm plantation in Port Dickson near here in January 2009.

N. Sukhvinder Singh of Medan, Indonesia was also found guilty of kidnapping his 21-year-old Guramardev Singh from his home in Shah Alam, a charge which carries the death sentence.
