GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng may soon be the recipient of 12 horses if the state government rejects an appeal for a horse-riding zone for operators to run their business.
Salim Ismong, 46, said he and another horse riding operator, Goh Siew Gaik, 42, planned to meet with the chief minister next week to appeal against the ban on horse-riding activities on Penang beaches.
