KUALA LUMPUR: Police have started an internal investigation into claims that officers had chained and marked 30 foreign women during a vice raid at a high-end night club in Penang on Thursday.
Bukit Aman Vice deputy director Senior Asst Comm Abdul Jalil Hassan said that the top brass viewed this incident “very seriously” as this was not the usual way in which police operated during a raid.
