KUALA LUMPUR: The police will recommend there be an inquest into the death of Customs assistant director Ahmad Sarbani Mohamed while under the custody of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail has agreed that police should recommend an inquest after viewing the investigation papers, said City CID Chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Ku Chin Wah on Thursday when contacted.
