BUTTERWORTH: The Sessions Court here has ordered the prosecution to amend its RM2mil money-laundering charge against a minister’s former political secretary.
Judge Mohd Zairan Aman gave a week for the charge against Hasbie Satar to be amended as the prosecution had failed to state the details of the crime allegedly committed by the accused.
