GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng is not convinced that a dog caused the mechanical failure of the Penang Hill funicular train service and suspects sabotage.
“Frankly speaking, I don't believe this. Can a dog do this?” he told reporters after taking a ride on the train at 11am after the service resumed at 6.30am yesterday.
