SUNGAI PETANI: Universiti Utara Malaysia's (UUM) application for a five-year quit rent rebate has been rejected.
The university will thus have to pay the full amount of RM1.78mil or face late payment penalty of more than RM90,000, said Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Azizan Abdul Razak.
