KUALA LUMPUR: A promise of lucrative logging jobs in Papua New Guinea turned into a nightmare for three Sarawakians who are being held there against their will.
Remban Mawang, 49, Jeri Abet, 48, and his son Richie Jeri, 23, were offered the jobs in December by middlemen who promised to pay their families RM1,500 a month each.
