Eskay fails in suit over crooked bridge project

KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Shazryl Eskay Abdullah, who recently shocked the nation by exposing a sex video implicating Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, has failed in his RM20mil suit against Merong Mahawangsa Sdn Bhd for breach of contract involving the controversial Malaysia-Singapore International Gateway project.

High Court Justice V.T. Singham ruled that Shazryl was not entitled to claim payment on grounds that the project - later known as the "crooked bridge" project - was terminated.
