SHAH ALAM: A Syariah High Court here has granted an application by a lawyer of the late Datuk Sosilawati Lawiya to drop a RM1.38mil matrimonial suit against her former husband Jamaludin Elias.
Datuk Mohd Zaidi Mohd Zain made the application before Syarie judge Muhammad Adib Husain after informing the court that the prosecution against four men accused of murdering her is currently ongoing.
