JOHOR BARU: Consumers have been advised not to take up offers from “technicians” who claim to be able to reduce electricity bills by tampering with the meter.
It was believed that in some cases, these “technicians” not only turn their backs on their customers who get caught for having tampered meters, but also snitch to Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) to claim financial rewards.
