SHAH ALAM: Kpl Jenain Subi, who has been charged with causing the death of 15-year-old Aminulrasyid Amzah, agreed that he was not faced with a dangerous situation when he opened fire on the car the teenager was driving.
Jenain admitted yesterday that the Inspector-General of Police’s Standing Orders (IGSO) does not state that a police officer can open fire at a traffic offender.
