SHAH ALAM: The Consumer Claims Tribunal here ordered a furniture sales company to refund RM3,500 to an operations manager for misleading him into buying a sofa set that was not made of genuine leather.
D. Subramanian, 62, claimed that he had purchased the 1+2+3 seater from Future Gallery in 2008 after the sales person convinced him that the set was made of leather.
