Accused tries to proclaim innocence but cut short by judge

SHAH ALAM: A 42-year-old contractor, who made a last-minute attempt to proclaim his innocence from the dock, was sentenced to 12 years’ jail and and ordered to be given 10 strokes of the rotan for drug possession.
