SHAH ALAM: The Selangor state government filed an application Wednesday seeking to suspend court proceedings pertaining to the circular letter prohibiting its staff from being interviewed by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) after office hours.
The suspension is sought pending the disposal of the Commission of Inquiry's (CI) ongoing proceedings to investigate the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock.
