Judge recuses himself from Syabas suit

KUALA LUMPUR: High Court judge Anantham Kasinather has recused himself from presiding over the RM471mil suit filed by Syabas against the Selangor government, over payment due in relation to a concession agreement.

Justice Anantham informed counsel for both parties of the decision to recuse himself, after meeting them in chambers on Wednesday.
