KUALA LUMPUR: Hulu Selangor MP P. Kamalanathan will be meeting parents and the management of SMK Kuala Kubu Baru on Friday over a controversy that broke out at the school in connection with the Interlok issue.

“I will ensure the students take back their copy of the novel as it is compulsory reading for the Literature subject,” he said here yesterday.

On Monday, several Form Five students had tried to return the book to the school principal, alleging that it contained offensive content. — Bernama
