Malaysian author wins award

PETALING JAYA: First-time author To’ Puan Rosita Abdullah never imagined that the cookbook she started writing as a legacy for her children would end up making a mark for the country.

Rosita’s three-year labour of love Kulit Manis: A Taste of Terengganu’s Heritage was named World’s Best Local Cuisine Book 2010 during the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards held in Paris last week.
