KUALA LUMPUR: A soldier who had gone AWOL ended up being held by police during a traffic operation here early yesterday.
The soldier, in his 20s, was stopped by a policeman during the Ops Samseng Jalan Raya when he tried to evade the roadblock on his motorcycle, said Kuala Lumpur traffic police special enforcement unit chief ASP Azmi Wahid.
