Badrul still Port Klang rep


SHAH ALAM: Badrul Hisham Abdullah remains the Port Klang assemblyman after a High Court here declared that the seat was never vacant.

High Court judge Justice Zaleha Yusof made the ruling in her chambers yesterday after hearing the originating summons filed by Bad­­­­­rul Hisham against Selangor State Assembly Speaker Datuk Teng Chang Khim who had declared the seat vacant last month.
