KUALA LUMPUR: Port Klang Authority (PKA) chairman Datuk Lee Hwa Beng failed in his bid to strike out a defamation suit filed by former chief executive officer of Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing over articles published in newspapers related to the Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) scandal.
Lee's application was rejected with cost (RM5,000) by High Court Judge Justice John Louis O'Hara, who also ordered the case to be heard at a full trial.
