KUALA LUMPUR: Khazanah Nasional Bhd managing director Tan Sri Azman Mokhtar’s application to strike out a suit by former Pos Malaysia Bhd chairman Tan Sri Adam Kadir for alleged intervention in the latter’s wrongful dismissal will be heard on Friday.
In his statement of claim filed last Nov 4, Adam said he had met Azman in a hotel here on May 6, 2008 and was ordered to resign from his post.
