Pandan Umno chief Abd Ghani faints on hearing graft charges

KUALA LUMPUR: Pandan Umno division chief, Abd Ghani Ismail, 45, fainted suddenly in a Sessions Court here when a court interpreter read to him his amended bribery charges, shocking everyone in the court.

Abd Ghani, 45, fell sideways with a loud bang. His wife, a relative, the intepreter and two lawyers rushed to the dock to help him sit up.
