SHAH ALAM: The application by Attorney-General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail for a review of the open verdict delivered by the coroner's court in the inquest into Teoh Beng Hock's death, is set for mention on Feb 17.
High Court Judge Datuk Wira Mohtarudin Baki set the date today after hearing submissions from both sides and ordered that only those who assisted the coroner in the inquest and Teoh's family are allowed to have their say in court.
