KUALA LUMPUR: The Daphne Iking enticement case has been postponed to tomorrow as the accused, Darren Choy Khin Ming, is sick.
Choy’s lawyer Datuk Jagjit Singh told magistrate Engku Ahmad Rashdi Engku Abdillah that his client was suffering from bronchitis and fever and produced a medical certificate for two days beginning yesterday.
