SHAH ALAM: The battle over the Port Klang state seat has gone to court with embattled assemblyman Badrul Hisham Abdullah seeking a declaration that he is still the seat’s rightful representative.
After being barred from attending the emergency Selangor state assembly sitting yesterday morning, Badrul Hisham filed an originating summons naming Selangor Speaker Datuk Teng Chang Khim and the Election Commission (EC) as first and second defendants.
