PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has dismissed Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s appeal to have trial judge Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah disqualified from hearing his ongoing sodomy trial.
A three-man Bench of the appellate court – comprising Justices Low Hop Bing, Abdul Malik Ishak and Ahmad Maarop – made the ruling unanimously, after allowing the prosecution’s preliminary objection yesterday.
