PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has dismissed Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's appeal to have judge Justice Mohamad Zabidin Mohd Diah disqualified from further hearing his ongoing sodomy trial.
A three-man Bench of the appellate court - comprising Justices Low Hop Bing, Abdul Malik Ishak and Ahmad Maarop - made the ruling unanimously Friday, after allowing the prosecution's preliminary objection.
