KUALA LUMPUR: The National Union of Plantation Workers (NUPW) has filed a judicial review application to challenge an order made by the Industrial Court regarding a collective agreement (CA) on harvesters and palm oil employees.
The union is seeking for a certiorari order to nullify parts of the judgement made on Nov 26 last year, among others.
