Court acquits lawyer Rosli Dahlan in assets disclosure case (Updated)


KUALA LUMPUR: A lawyer was discharged and acquitted by a Sessions court here Monday from a charge of failure to disclose information regarding his assets.

Judge Abu Bakar Katar, in his judgement here, said the prosecution had failed to prove a prima facie case against Rosli Dahlan.
