PUTRAJAYA: Sime Darby may have breached several laws under the Penal Code, Companies Act as well as the Anti-Corruption Act 2009, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) and the Securities Commission (SC) have concluded.
The two have shared the findings with the police and the Companies Commission (SMM) for them to initiate action.
