KUALA LUMPUR: The Road Transport (Amendment) Bill 2010 was passed in Parliament Wednesday, paving the way for the implemention of Automated Enforcement System (AES).
The Bill also went through a bloc voting of 71 votes versus 40 votes at second reading.
